Bill Warden

At a very young age, Bill Warden set his goal to be an artist and spent most of his life pursuing that goal.  Born in west Texas in 1927, he attended art school at Texas Tech, majoring in illustration and  design.  After years of honing his skill in the commercial field, including being the owner of a very  successful commercial studio called Bill Warden Design, he turned his attention to painting full time.  He painted from life and from his travels throughout most of the United States and Europe.  He painted  often on location, working mostly in oils.  Many of his southwest scenes were done during the time he and his wife, Arden, had a home in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  Bill Warden was represented by galleries in New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas.
